- Partner with Community Living Manitoba, and Ready, Willing and Able, to hire Custodial Assistance positions and Librarian Technician Assistants.
- Permanent custodian hired from Ready, Willing and Able.
- Maintain an inclusive stance in hiring (recruitment, selection, offers of employment) to reflect the diversity of our Community.
- Support accessibility accommodations for all staff as required.
- Employees have access to Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and return to work supports.
- Emergency Response process revisited annually.
